"SMOKEY'S FRIEND"

Part of the "Logging & Sawmill" series created in 1974 by Carrington utilizing railroad switch parts and a two man rail carrying tool.
This historic California sculpture is now displayed in the main entrance of the new headquarters building which is located on Mare Island in Vallejo, California

"AKU AKU"

A six foot high welded steel sculpture created in 1967 from a World War II aircraft "tip tank" that was found in the Longbell Lumber Company sawmill "bone yard" in Weed, California. This piece was last shown at the World Forestry Center in Portland, Oregon.
